There is still plenty of time to get things rolling and check off some game-changing improvements well before the busy Thanksgiving and holiday rush kicks in.

Pouring my first cup of coffee this morning, I realized it’s already June 1st. We are almost at the mid-year mark. While I wonder where the first months have gone, this is the perfect time to step back, take a breath, and do an honest check-in on how we are tracking against our goals for the year.

As you look at your own mid-year scorecard, were there goals on your list of improvements to your supply chain integration processes at the beginning of the year that you haven’t made progress on?

Our Own Mid-Year Check-In

Speaking of goals, we’ve been doing our own mid-year reflection here at Kleinschmidt. As the largest privately owned integration company, our primary goal is to ensure we have the absolute best tools and teams in place to support yours.

It has been a busy first half of the year for us:

  • We welcomed a great new market ambassador to our FSI division who brings a consultative approach to helping businesses solve their integration challenges.
  • Alongside their arrival, we are about to unveil changes to FSI’s website to better show how we help companies bring non-EDI-ready partners into automated mainstream workflows.
  • eBase Solutions joined Kleinschmidt to expand the capabilities we offer our customers, including designing and implementation of in-house integrations that drive efficiencies with improved operational visibility, IoT and AI-driven solutions.
  • We’ve helped new clients seamlessly transition away from vendors they were unhappy with, onboarding them with highly personal, 24/7 white-glove support.

But we aren’t stopping there. Our team has been hard at work behind the scenes developing some great new services specifically designed to help our Kleinschmidt network participants in the transportation and logistics part of the supply chain thrive. While I can’t reveal exactly what it is just yet, we are incredibly excited to unveil it in the coming months!
