It’s as simple as it sounds—incoming documents could arrive as:

• Faxes
• CSV Files
• Emails (text)
• PDF attachments to emails
• Other digital or paper documents

We then translate the data into EDI and API compliant documents that seamlessly connect with legacy as well as the latest TMS, ERP, WMS, and POS systems.

Once you send us your data, our veteran data experts work with the latest technology to transform your documents into the desired EDI or API-friendly format. They can be delivered a few different ways:

• An EDI VAN – electronic data interchange value-added network, who acts as the go to between your data and your partners.

• FTP – file transfer protocol where files are transferred to the desired servers and downloaded

• AS2 – Applicability Statement 2 or AS2 creates a point-to-point connection and may be required by larger trading partners/businesses

You’ll have a web portal that shows you incoming documents you can review and manage as well as reporting and transaction data features.

In most cases, it’s a matter of minutes. The general service level commitment on digitizing incoming documents is under 90 minutes, but only the more complex documents would take that long.

We use advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI tools to instantly extract key data from incoming documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and ASNs. To maintain EDI compliance and formatting accuracy, our team then reviews and validates every data set.
